If I met Richie McCaw.
- What OPEN question would you ask him? What inspired you to be an All Black?
- What would you thank him for? Supporting and representing New Zealand.
- What else would you say to him/ask him about/tell him…? Why do you want to stop playing rugby?
Great Leader.
If you want be a great leader you must make sure that you are ready for the worst to come and that means fail. if there is a change in the day you need to deal with it and be flexible, change plans. Step out of your comfort zone and talk to people you don’t really talk to and remember to keep trying, don’t give up on anyone including yourself. If you fail remember how failed and learn from you mistakes.
